My Story

My love for the written word began early - at my mother's feet, where I taught myself to read from the newspaper at just four years old. By eight, I was writing poetry and stories of my own, and by thirteen I was submitting my work for publication.

What began as a love for storytelling has grown into my calling.

Today, I am the author of the East of Eeden series, along with Scraps of Love and the Author Platform Roadmap. I also write as S.T. Arriaga (The Spirit Fire Life Series) and am one half of the sister writing duo, T.L. Gabriel.

No matter what name I write under, my heart remains the same ... to share stories that inspire hope, redemption, and the power of love, all set in worlds that stretch far beyond the stars.

Why Stories Matters

Words are powerful. They are what we use to define ourselves and the world around us. We are all born storytellers, and stories shape us.

They help us process, grow, and see beyond our current circumstances. The best stories help us dream, bring comfort, clarity, and sometimes even transformation.

My goal is not just to write books, but to create stories that encourage faith, strengthen purpose, and remind you that your story matters too!

My passion for authors and publishing led me to found Ithirial Rising Press and Kadesh Ink Author Services.

I am so honored to have the opportunity to support fellow writers on their own journeys by offering guidance, formatting, and encouragement as they bring their stories to life and into the world.

A Little More Personal

I'm a Minnesota-grown Texan (which is why I sometimes talk a little funny!) and now call the wide-open landscapes of West Central Texas home.

I am one of the lucky ones - I share my life with my husband, our crazy dog Frolic, and our easy going cat Jakob.

When I'm not writing or working with authors, you'll likely find me outdoors, listening to or playing music, cooking with my husband, or dreaming up new stories in my hammock.
